The Adams County Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) serves the community by providing visitor information and convention services and promoting tourism. The CVB serves leisure travelers and meeting/group tour planners through advertising promotions on a regional, state and national level. By developing and maintaining relationships with tourism professionals on a regional and state level, the CVB ensures Hastings’ reputation as a vital destination for travelers and convention goers within the state.
  
The CVB provides a variety of services to groups of all sizes including planning assistance, publicity coordination, registration services and convention programming. Please refer to CVB Services under the Meeting Planner tab for more information.

The CVB also works to facilitate relationships between community businesses, attractions and events in order to increase partnerships in tourism promotion. Hastings businesses interested in targeting visitors or in need of promotional materials to reach potential markets should contact the CVB for free maps and promotional materials. 

The office is located in the Visitor Center which is open to the public between 10 and 5 pm Monday through Friday.  Weekend hours vary by season.

Board of Directors:
Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 8:30 am at City Hall.
